06/26/2008	Realty Executives	Ben & Jerry's	13-11	Big victory for the Exec's in spite of a dazzling, diving, rolling catch by Ben & Jerry's Peter Flaherty in Center (I thought he was a shortstop). Big defensive plays were 6 put-outs by Dick Furash, two smokin' line drives caught by Lou Elia on the mound and a great backhanded stab by Tom Aitken at 2nd. But this game was won with the bats. Steve Jones, Dan Riley and John Hession 2 for 4; Mike Walsh and Lou Elia 3 hits, and Jack Carey 4 hits, including the 2 RBI game winner.

The game winner was a top of the seventh, two-out, bases loaded, two RBI single by Dan Riley. Way to go Dan! Another fine game in left field for MCD by Eddie Jay, who we hope recovers quickly from an arm injury.

Dave Lauretto, Dick Furash, Bill MacLachlan, Don Woodland, and Steve Jones all had clutch hits, while game ball recipient Dennis Ubriaco was 3 for 4, with two runs scored, three RBI's and three sparkling plays at 2nd base including a double play.
