- Since 1971, Sea Education Association (SEA) has been a leader in marine education developing an understanding of the ocean and of its powerful role. SEA offers programs for college students and high school students. The SEA sailing vessels are 134 foot brigantines that operate year-round. The SSV Corwith Cramer sails the waters of the North Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea, while the SSV Robert C. Seamans sails the waters of the Northern and Tropical Pacific. Also, SEA is proud to offer $5,000 scholarships to motivated students from Cape Cod or the Islands for participation in our Woods Hole SEA Semester or SEA Summer Session programs: 2004/5 Winter, Spring and Summer. Requirements: Year-round resident of Cape Cod or the Islands currently enrolled in college or university.
